Having water back up into my house (downstairs only) got to speak with my Agent Josh(wonderful) walked me thru the process, had an Adjuster call me the same day! Regis Pelletier, (Amazing) the next morning at 7:30 a.m. Regis was at my house. The Plumber, just a few minutes later 🤗. Regis handle everything else from their.(Mitigation process etc) And in less than a week (business days) I had Check to get my floors re laid. I am more than satisfied. Thank You Josh and Regis, Sincerely Mrs. R. Wilson❣️
